• The trial starts at your first sign-in and lasts 7 days. Settings › Account shows the days left, for example “Trial · 5 days left”, next to Buy for $39.
  • Setup lets you see the iMac work before you create an account: up to an hour of picture in total on each Mac. When that hour is used up, Second Display asks you to sign in.
  • There’s one trial per person and per Mac: a new account with the same email, or on the same Mac, continues the trial that was already used.
  • The Mac you use as a display needs no account and no trial.

When the trial ends

Second Display says “Your 7-day free trial has ended.” and asks you to buy it before it shows a picture again. Your settings stay as they are.
