These terms apply when you buy Second Display on seconddisplay.app. They are short on purpose.
Your licence
When you buy Second Display, you get a licence to use the app, with every future update. You pay once; there is no subscription. The licence belongs to your account, and you can use it on every Mac you own or control by signing in with that account. Please don’t share your account with other people.
The free trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial when you first sign in. The trial needs no payment details and ends by itself. There is one trial per person and per Mac: a new account with the same email or on the same Mac continues the trial that was already used.
Price and payment
Second Display costs $39 (US dollars), paid once. Any sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by RevenueCat and Stripe, and you get a receipt by email.
Delivery
Your licence is active as soon as the payment goes through. Download Second Display from this website; it keeps itself up to date.
Refunds
If Second Display doesn’t work for you, write to support within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund the full price. When a purchase is refunded, its licence ends.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Using it offline
Second Display checks your licence whenever it’s online and keeps working offline for up to 30 days after the last check.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time on the account page. Deleting it ends your licence, and the licence can’t be restored afterwards.
Warranty and liability
We work hard to make Second Display reliable, but we can’t promise that it works with every Mac, cable or network, which is why there is a free trial. To the extent the law allows, Second Display is provided as it is, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damage, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid.
Changes
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in force when you bought Second Display continue to apply to that purchase.
